Taught by Kenosha’s very own master yoga instructor, Pamela Grubb LSW, E-RYT-500, C-IAYT of Mindful Yoga; join this special series to release negative energy during the full moon. Not only do you get an hour of yoga but you also will learn the Salutation to the Moon (Chandra Namaskara) sequence. Please make sure to bring along water, yoga mat, small throw pillow, lightweight blanket, some bug spray, and a friend! $15/person.
